中新网上海新闻12月2日电(张亨伟)根据世界卫生组织发布的《世界听力报告》，全世界范围内，60岁以上人口残疾性听力损失约2.49亿，预计到2050年致残性听力损失人口约7亿。在我国，2016年听力残障人口约7000万。普及听力健康科学知识，提升人们对听力技术的认知水平，提高我国听力服务的可及性和听力专业服务的标准，十分紧迫。听力损失和由听力损失引起的交流障碍，会影响人们身体、社会情感和认知这三个健康维度。
总部位于瑞士的索诺瓦集团一直致力于改善和提供全球领先听力保健解决方案，用科技的力量改善听障人士的生活， 唤醒全社会对听障人士的关爱和包容。 因此， 特别给予在上海这座咖啡之城打拼的听障咖啡师关爱， 记录帮助她更好的融入普通生活的历程。
这是一个听障咖啡师的故事，也是一个普通打工人在上海追逐梦想的故事。
This is the story of a hearing-impaired barista, who is also an ordinary girl pursuing her dream in Shanghai。
或许每一个普通人在不刻意的情况下，都会不自觉的忽略掉"听"的感受。但当一个人失去"听"的能力，迎接她的不仅仅是一个无声的世界，更是来自社会的一根根尖刺。
Almost everyone will instinctively overlook the feeling of "hearing." When a person loses the ability to "hear," they face not just a quiet world but also the thorns of society。
29岁的竹竹，来自河南永城的一个普通农村家庭。出生时，一场突发的医疗事故让她几乎失聪，尽管生活清贫，她亦从未丧失过希望，始终以最积极乐观的心态面对困难和挫折。
Zhu Zhu, 29, is from a rural family in Yongcheng, Henan Province. A medical accident at birth nearly rendered her deaf. Despite living in poverty, she never gave up hope and always approached difficulties and setbacks with a bright and optimistic attitude。
然而，在毕业之后，由于听力障碍，就业机会渺茫，求职路上屡屡碰壁，长期处于失业状态。
However, due to her hearing handicap, she encountered repeated rejections in her job hunt after graduation and remained unemployed for a long time。
"别人能做到的，我也一定能做到，"2019年，竹竹第一次下定决心，只身一人来到上海。对打工人而言，上海无疑是一座梦想之城。包容与开放，也意味着每一个"特别"的个体都能被平等对待。
"I can do what others can do." Zhu Zhu decided in 2019 to travel alone to Shanghai, the dream city for working-class people. Due to its inclusiveness and openness, the city treats every "special" individual equally。
"你有没有想过，成为一名咖啡师？"朋友递来的一根橄榄枝，也改变了这个农村听障女孩的命运。
"Have you ever thought of becoming a barista?" a friend asked, transforming the fate of this hearing-impaired girl。
作为全球咖啡馆最多的城市，在上海，有各种各样的咖啡馆，手冲、单一产地、特调^在形形色色的咖啡背后，也欢迎着各种背景的咖啡逐梦人。其中就有一家特别的咖啡馆，致力于帮助残障小伙伴通过咖啡，实现自我价值，帮助她们融入社会。
Shanghai, the city with the most coffee shops in the world, boasts a wide range of cafes, including hand-brewed, single-origin, and specialty blends. Dreamers from all walks of life are hidden behind the various flavors of coffee. Among these is a particular cafe that helps disabled people integrate into society and achieve their self-worth。
选豆、拉花，学会用无声的方式与客人沟通^2020年，竹竹在大家的帮助下，正式成为了一名咖啡师，并用两年的时间，晋级成为熊爪咖啡永康店店长。
Zhu Zhu officially became a barista in 2020 and was promoted to the rank of manager at HINICHIJOU Coffee Yongkang Store in just two years. Her ability to select beans, make latte art, and learn to communicate with clients was rightfully rewarded。
对于无法为自己辩解的听障人群，误解无处不在，面对客人的点单和要求，竹竹经常会遇到沟通不畅所带来的失误。有一次，客人点了一杯拿铁，竹竹误做了美式。面对失误，竹竹马上表示可以重做一杯，但客人却没有明白她的意思误解了她，最后还是在其他店员的帮助下解决了矛盾。
Misunderstandings are common among the deaf and hard of hearing. Zhu Zhu frequently encounters communication issues that lead to mistakes while taking orders. Once, when a customer ordered a latte, Zhu Zhu accidentally served an Americano. The customer misunderstood Zhu Zhu's offer to remake the drink, and the situation was only settled with the assistance of other employees。
竹竹心里有委屈，但更多的是自责-"如果我能听得清，那该有多好."
Zhu Zhu was upset and blamed herself. "If only I could hear clearly, how good would that be?"
幸运的是，竹竹获得了来自索诺瓦的帮助，验配了一副峰力助听器。
But help was on the way when Sonova provided Zhu Zhu with a Phonak hearing aid。
她给帮助过她的好心人们写了一封感谢信，信中说："如果没有了助听器，我就笼罩在完全失聪的"黑暗"当中，无法与他人进行沟通，无法融入社会化生活，如果长期这样下去，我的语言能力将会完全退化，直至说不出一句完整的话，将更加无法在社会上立足。面对如此窘境，我的父母每日愁容满面，我自己的心理压力也越来越大，仿佛看不到未来的曙光了。峰力助听器让我重拾生活的信心。我喜欢听这个世界的声音，风声、雨声、笑声、喧闹的都市的各种声音."
"Without the hearing aid, I'd be completely deaf, unable to communicate with others and integrate into social life. If this trend continues, my language skills will deteriorate to the point where I can no longer talk coherently, making it even more difficult to gain a foothold in society。
"Faced with such a quandary, my parents were worried every day, and my own psychological pressure increased, as if I couldn't see the light of the future," she wrote in her letter of thanks to Sonova。
"The Phonak hearing aid has restored my confidence in living. I enjoy hearing the sounds of the world, such as the wind, rain, laughter, and the various noises of a bustling city."
在一次次的调试下，竹竹第一次听清了这个世界-第一次听到了顾客对她说谢谢，第一次和妈妈打了视频电话。
Zhu Zhu heard the world clearly for the first time after several adjustments. She heard a customer say thank you and had her first video call with her mother。
我们相信，世界有爱，爱亦有声。
We think that love has a voice in this world。
12月3日是世界残疾人日，谨以此片，献给每一个"不普通"的逐梦人。
